Israel and Palestinians are having a squabble over agricultural produce. Palestinians don’t want to import Israeli produce. Problem is, Israel controls the borders of the West Bank and can close off the border between the West Bank and Jordan on a whim. This is, of course, contrary to international law. But who is going to enforce international law on behalf of Palestinians?
