Anti-Israeli policies vs antisemitism

The real problem in examining the column written by the NY Times writer Bret Stephens is whether he is honestly confused or whether he’s deliberately conflating honest critiques of the policies of the Israeli state or of antisemitism.

It’s unfortunately very easy to demagogue the issue and to charge all criticism of Israel as being the same thing as wanting to eliminate the Jewish people. It would be nice to think that honest people were simply confused.
