This course gives substance to Martin Luther King, Jr.’s words, “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. This course gives substance to Martin Luther King, Jr.’s words, “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere” by giving concrete examples of how all justice struggles are interconnected and intersect. The project for human liberation precedes from understanding and mobilizing these networks of connection.

In this course you will learn what is meant by intersectionality as it relates to racism, indigenous peoples rights, immigration, refugees, colonialism, cultural appropriation, erasure, and resistance.
