We are hosting Phil Wiess, of Mondowiess at the Friends Center, 1501 Cherry St., Phila, on October 22nd, from 2:30 to 4:00 PM. This event will be both in person and on Zoom. Susan is making a reservation at Alayn’s Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Restaurant (603 South 4th St.). However, we need to get a head count for the reservation. Across from Friends Center there is a parking lot. I am emailing them to see if a reduced rate is available on weekends. Still, there is a cheaper one: right off of the 676 ramp onto 15th street is a parking tower to your right (across from old Hahnemann), also approached by 16th Street. Entry is on small 2 way side street, Spring street (tho address says Summer Street). It is the cheapest, and is 1 1/2 blocks from Friends Center. There is a link to map of the area
